Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Right now we ship Worldwide.

If you don't receive a phone call from the courrier within 2-5 days from placing your order, please let us know so we can check up on your shipment.

Cash on Delivery

Cash On Delivery payment is only available within Egypt.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange policy is very simple, all you need to do is contact us via email on info@ayouofficial.com​ or Instagram @ayouofficial and let us know your inquiry.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer your a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

You can only have a refund through our showroom. First you have to contact us to book an appointment. Once your arrive we will check the item and you will get the immediate approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be done immediately.

Please note: NO REFUNDS on EVENING GOWNS. Only exchange in size in 1 DAY through our showroom. 

If the size you wish to exchange with is sold out. We will offer you a refund but on WALLET on the website; where you can use this amount to purchase something else within 1 month.
