- There is no immediate try-on with our courier.
- NO REFUNDS on EVENING WEAR. Only exchange with different size/item with the same amount or higher within 3 DAYS through our showroom. Incase you didn’t find your favorite piece for our current collection, the full amount will be added to your ayöu wallet to be used with your next purchases.
- On our casual ready to wear you can have an exchange or refund in 7 DAYS through our showroom.(see return & exchange policy below)
for OUTSIDE CAIRO residents:
- Once received your order, please check it with the courier, try it out, and decide. Once the company leaves unfortunately we cannot do an exchange or a refund.

- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
